The Grade One Investments Team
Chetley Breeden and Nellie Breeden were born and raised in Williston, Florida. They grew up as friends turned high-school sweethearts. Chetley graduated from the University of Florida earning a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Agricultural Education and Communications with a minor in Leadership. Nellie graduated from the University of Florida earning a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Food and Resource Economics with a minor in Agriculture Communication.
The Breedens were married in 2011, they welcomed their first child, Rosalie Rae in 2013, later welcomed their son, Chetley Jr. in 2015.
Customers should feel confident when choosing Grade One Investments. Each horse is viewed as an individual and its specific needs are met. In our care, we have managed multiple stakes-winning horses, Breeders Cup contenders along with retired racehorses that need quality home placements. Each need is different and Grade One satisfies those needs accordingly.
