Start juveniles under tack with the proper foundation to withstand a long and prosperous racing career. Special attention is given to maintaining mental strength while building correct training habits. Repetitive, controlled speed work is used to target bone development needed to withstand racing. Graduates of Grade One Investments will have proper gate schooling and endurance ready to move to the next level in their career.

Pasture care  and turnout for all ages available. Large rolling hills with individual feeding pens help keep close eye on the growing weanlings/yearlings. The weanlings and yearlings are monitored closely as they grow. Confirmation adjustments are made by utilizing the blacksmith and nutrition schedules.

Represent clients and their horses at public auction in the 2 year old market. Professionally and ethically showcase two year olds that have come through our training program.

Individualized care is most important when it comes to success at the Sale. Each of the following aspects of our prepping plans are tweaked to the individual horse in order to maximize results in the sales ring. Nutrition, exercise, show inspection practice, detailed grooming and nightly turnout (if appropriate) are all key components included with our prepping process.

Organize groups of individuals looking to invest in thoroughbreds with plans of a positive return on investment. Grade One Investments can pair individuals together who are seeking partnerships or work with group that is already formed.

Represent customers at auctions in order to purchase horses for sale or racing. Customers can expect open and honest communication with this representation.
